OVERVIEW
5–9 year olds
The CPR Academy Saturday Skills Program for ages 5–9 is designed to introduce young players to the game in a fun, engaging, and development-focused environment. Each 4-week block focuses on building confidence on the ball, improving coordination, and developing key technical skills through age-appropriate activities and small-sided games. Sessions are structured to keep players active, involved, and enjoying the game while learning essential foundations.
10–14 year olds
The CPR Academy Saturday Skills Program for ages 10–14 is designed to develop technically confident and intelligent players through focused training and small-sided game play.
Each 4-week block emphasizes
individual skill development, decision making, and execution under pressure, helping players improve both technically and tactically. Sessions are competitive, engaging, and structured to challenge players at an appropriate level.
SCHEDULE
Saturdays, April 25 - June 13, 2026
Schedule by age group:
5–9 year olds
9:00 AM to 10:00 AM
Each session includes:
• Ball mastery and coordination activities
• Dribbling and control exercises
• Passing and basic combination play
• Fun, competitive small-sided games
This program is ideal for players who are:
• New to soccer
• Looking to build confidence and basic skills
• Wanting a fun and structured Saturday activity
10–14 year olds
10:00 AM to 11:00 AM
Each session includes:
• Ball mastery and technical development
• 1v1 attacking and defending
• Passing and receiving under pressure
• Finishing and attacking play
• Small-sided games to apply learning
This program is ideal for players who:
• Want to improve their technical ability
• Are looking for additional training outside team sessions
• Enjoy competitive, game-based learning environments
WHAT TO WEAR & BRING
Wear:
- Soccer attire
- Shin guards
- Cleats or turf shoes
- Comfortable layers appropriate for weather
Bring:
- Water
- Any personal items labeled with the player's name
Soccer balls are provided. Players do not need to bring their own.
